Welcome to a new section called the Fresh 5, where we ask Market users five questions to get to know them better!

First up is the team from Sportsman Cafe. 

1. What are your names? 
(pictured L to R) Ashleigh, Rose, Michael and Abe. 

2. Where are you located in the market?
In case you missed it, Sportsman Cafe is moving along the Buyers' Walk to Tenancy 78, which used to be Art & Style. While the build is finishing up, the team are serving from a pop-up food truck in front of the new spot. It won't be long until Sportsman Café moves into the newly renovated store, so watch this space!

3. What do you sell and specialise in? 
Sportsman is famous for its pizzas, which will be back on the menu as soon as the new space is ready. What hasn't changed with the move is Sportsman's specialty in keeping the market community well-fed! Stop by for a quick bite or made-to-order favourites like burgers with the lot, chicken or lamb souvlaki, nachos, chicken parma or something from the salad bar. And keep an eye out for Rose's changing daily specials. Yesterday it was creamy curried sausages, and we've heard a spinach and cheese agnolotti with creamy mushroom sauce is on the cards this week.... 

4. How long have you been part of the market community? 
Abe and his business have long been part of the market community. Some might not even remember a time before the Sportsman! Michael, Abe's son, has grown up around the Market and today is known for his skills behind the coffee machine. Rose first worked with Abe 33 years ago and has held other roles, including at the market, before returning to the Sportsman team. 

5. Which footy team do you barrack for? 
Rose: Sydney, Abe: North Melbourne, Michael: Essendon, Rose: "no team, I just like cooking for all our wonderful customers!"
